At Zirco.in, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are happy with their purchases. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we offer an exchange. Additionally, if your order is not dispatched within 3 days, we will issue a full refund.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will exchange the item for the correct one.
- Damaged Item: If the item is damaged (e.g., cut, torn, or defective) upon delivery, we will process an exchange for the same item or a similar product.
2. Full Refund for Delayed Dispatch
If your order is not dispatched within 3 days from the date of your order, we will offer you a full refund. To request this refund, you must contact us within the 4th day after placing the order. If the dispatch time exceeds 3 days, we will automatically initiate the refund process for you.
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@zirco.in or call 7973632253 within 24 hours from the date you receive the item. After this 24-hour period, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.
- Provide Proof: You will need to provide proof of the issue, such as photographs of the wrong or damaged item. This helps us verify the issue and proceed with your exchange request.
- Return the Item: We will guide you through the process of returning the wrong or damaged item. The shipping costs for returning the item will be covered by us if the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product).
- Examination and Exchange Dispatch: After we receive the returned item, it will be examined. We will dispatch the exchanged item within 3-4 days after receiving the returned product. This means that the entire exchange process may take a total of 5-6 days.
4. Important Notice – 24-Hour Window for Complaints
Please note that any complaints or requests for exchanges must be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery. After this 24-hour period, we will not be able to process any exchange requests, regardless of the reason. We encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
5. Conditions for Exchange
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item must have the original tag intact. If the tag is removed or missing, we cannot process the exchange.
- The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- If the product has been worn, washed, or used, it will not be eligible for exchange unless it meets the criteria mentioned above (wrong or damaged item).
- No exchange will be processed if there is a stain or any visible signs of wear or use on the item. Please ensure that the item remains in its original condition for exchanges.
- The exchange will be processed only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. No exchange requests will be entertained after this period unless otherwise required by law.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for the following:
- Change of Mind: Items can only be exchanged if they are incorrect or damaged.
- Personalized/Custom Items: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless defective or damaged.
7. Exchanges for Size or Fit
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
8. Shipping Charges for Exchanges
- In cases of exchanges due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return and re-shipping costs.
- If you are exchanging for reasons other than a mistake or damage on our part (e.g., size exchange), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
9. Exchange Timelines
- After receiving the returned product and verifying the issue, we will ship the exchanged product within 3-4 days. The total exchange process may take up to 5-6 days from the time the returned item is received by us.
- Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a similar product or store credit for future use.
